Take a Breath

Building Mindfulness Together

Life gets busier with every passing day and it can be hard to take a moment for yourself. Join others as they begin their mindfulness journey to create better habits and reduce overall stress.

This is a class for those of any level of experience to attend, and discussion is always welcome. Attendees will participate in simple breathing exercises, wellness activities, and discussions. This time is all about you and you are encouraged to spend it comfortably. Feel free to bring a yoga mat or cushion to sit on the floor, your favorite fidget toy, or even a blanket!
