Are you feeling the emotional strain from stress, trauma, your job, your family, or a deep sense of grief? Journaling can help move you forward. Join Frank DiMaio to learn about this helpful process.

Join Frank DiMaio as he shares his journey from the abyss of survivors’ grief and how he navigated forward after his wife passed away from breast cancer. As part of this journaling discussion, he will also be sharing excerpts from his book "A Promise Made, A Promise Kept. If you have a journal or a small spiral pad, feel free to bring it along. This will be an interactive discussion where you learn how to utilize the simple tools of pen and paper to help navigate your thoughts and feelings.

About the branch

The Central Ridge Branch is located on the corner of Forest Ridge Blvd and Roosevelt Blvd in Beverly Hills. This location houses a community rooms, 2 study rooms and a computer lab.
