Join Doreen Lavista for an immersive meditation session.

Take the time for stress reduction and relaxation while enjoying peaceful music and breathing exercises. Participants should bring either a yoga mat, cushion, pillow, or back support for using a chair.

Seating is limited and registration is required. Please register with our online calendar, in person, or by calling us at (352) 795-3716.
