The wildlife there includes pumas, penguins and whales. Neighboring Chile is the other country in South America that makes up the Patagonia area. Cape Horn is the southern most point of South America with a light house that guides ships through the treacherous and dangerous waters. At that point, one is only about 620 miles from Antarctica!
